Getting started – What you’ll do:

  • Originate and grow a personal pipeline through community networking, referrals, outbound outreach, social, and events· Run consults & set expectations; collect documents securely and manage client updates through completion
  • Manage client intake data (e.g., W‑2/1099, IDs, dependents, deductions) for processing by our tax and business services team.
  • Maintain CRM notes and follow‑ups, drive retention and referrals across other services for increased commissions.

Status & compensation: Flexible‑time, independent sales role; commission on net fees with recurring residuals on returning clients.

1. Join the sales team and complete onboarding; training starts immediately after onboarding.

2. Hit performance thresholds (e.g., quality conversations, meetings set/held, conversion to qualified pipeline, and closed revenue).

3. Enroll in Owner Prep modules: local go‑to‑market, finance, operations, hiring, and client success.

4. Pilot leadership: lead a micro‑territory or vertical with shared support and defined KPIs.

5. Final approval and territory assignment subject to readiness, availability, and compliance requirements.
